The villa stands atop a hill in Montespertoli, in the heart of Empoli countryside, just a few kilometres from Florence historical centre. Other important Tuscan cities of art, such as Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra and Lucca, are easily reached by car for one-day trips.
The villa overlooks the magnificent surrounding countryside and the vineyards for the production of the famous Montespertoli Chianti wine.

The villa is provided with all comforts (satellite TV, air conditioning, heating system, dishwasher and washing machine). The swimming pool equipped with tables and sunshades is at guests` disposal.

The villa is a two-storey that can accommodate 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and has 3 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
The first floor is divided into two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.
The private garden is furnished with tables and chairs.
