The villa stands 330 metres above sea level in Reggello, about 30 kilometres from Florence, in a 25-hectare estate producing DOCG Chianti wine, Grappa, Vin Santo and extra-virgin olive oil. Around the property stretches a protected game restocking area. The windows of the villa and the garden have a breathtaking view of the valley of the Arno River.

The villa is the ideal accommodation for various kind of tourists: those who love nature can have pleasant walks and bike rides along the many paths that stretch around the estate; a riding stable and a tennis club are just a few kilometres from the villa; art lovers can visit the nearby Abbey of Vallombrosa and two magnificent examples of Romanesque architecture such as the Pieve di Pietro a Cascia and the Pieve a Pitiana; last but least, shopaholics can devote to their favourite activity in the big outlet village just a few kilometres from the villa.

The 10,000-square-metre panoramic garden furnished for having meals al fresco commands the Chianti hills and the valley of the Arno River. The private swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 0.80-2.50 m) lies about 20 metres from the elegant building. During their stay at the villa, guests can attend painting, ceramics and yoga lessons in the old barn, a 50-square-metre building in the garden.

The villa has been recently renovated with an eye to preserving its original structure and atmosphere and features some elements that are traditionally present in Tuscan country houses, such as beamed ceilings and stone walls. The villa is furnished in rustic style and period items and is an excellent location for weddings and ceremonies.

The two-storey building sleeps 13 people in 1 triple bedroom and 5 double bedrooms, and has 4 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

The ground floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, large living room, bar area, dining area with fireplace, small loggia opening onto the garden, laundry room and a half bathroom.

On the first floor are a triple bedroom, five double bedrooms (two with ensuite bathroom), a wardrobe room and two bathrooms.
