Luxury Villas

The villa (accommodation for 10/14 people) was created from an ancient Tuscan farmhouse of XVI century. The villa is on a hill in the Florentine countryside and it is enclosed by an olive grove. There is a swimming pool (6x12 m), a table-tennis table and a billiard table. The villa come with a wireless Internet connection. The villa is 12 kilometres from Florence and quite near both to the A1 motorway and the Florence-Siena freeway, which allow to reach the most important cities of Tuscany. The villa consists in a main building (accommodation for 10 people) and two apartments with accommodation for 2 people each. All the buildings have places to eat outside.

The main building (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) spreads out over two levels and is independent from the other apartments. On the ground floor are a dining room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a veranda with billiard table and air conditioning, a small kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom and shower. On the first floor are 4 double bedrooms that may be converted into twin-bedded bedrooms and 4 bathrooms: one with whirlpool bathtub, two with shower and one with bathtub. Bedrooms have air conditioning. The external open arcade can be used for outdoor lunches and dinners.
