The villa is set on the hills south-west of Florence, near Montaione, and affords wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

A stay at the villa offers the opportunity to visit the many wineries producing the famous Chianti wine and to taste some of the most renowned Tuscan gastronomic specialties.


Description

The property comprises a large country house and an outbuilding dating from the early 20th century. Both buildings have been completely renovated with an eye to preserving their original architectural structure, and feature some typical elements of the Tuscan country houses, such as brick arches and ceilings.

A wide fully fenced garden stretches around the two houses.
The private swimming pool equipped with sun loungers is a few metres from the main building.
A large covered patio furnished for having meals in the open air stretches along three sides of the main house.

Florence, Pisa, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca and many other Tuscan tourist destinations are within easy driving distance.

The property comprises a main house and an outbuilding; in total, it can accommodate 14 guests in 3 double bedrooms, 2 triple bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and has 5 bathrooms.

The main house is a two-storey building that can accommodate 10 guests in 2 triple bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and has 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor there are the kitchen, a living room with fireplace and dining area, a storeroom with a dishwasher and a bathroom.
The first floor consists of a room with three single beds, a room with a double and a single bed, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and one more bathroom.

The outbuilding is a two-storey building that can accommodate 4 guests in 2 double bedrooms and has 1 bathroom.

The entrance is on the first floor, which consists of a living room with fireplace and the dining area with a small kitchen corner.
The first floor composes of two double bedrooms with access to the outside and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
