The holiday villa stands 310 metres above sea level on a hill in the Chianti Classico region, in a medieval hamlet in Barberino Val d`Elsa, halfway between Siena and Florence. The two-storey building is surrounded by a gorgeous Italian garden and a wide park. In the garden there are the private swimming pool (16x8 m; depth: 1.50 m), the barbecue equipment and a table for having meals al fresco. Guests can relax and sip a glass of Chianti wine under a romantic pergola.

The luxury villa furnished with antique items is the ideal accommodation for those who would like to discover the treasures of the Tuscan art conserved in the villages of the Chianti region. The villa is also an excellent departure point for pleasant one-day trips to Siena, Florence, Pisa, Arezzo, Volterra, San Gimignano and Colle Val d`Elsa. Sporty guests can visit the riding stable a few kilometres from the estate.

The villa sleeps 10 people in 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, and has 5 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of kitchen, large frescoed living room, dining room, TV room, a double bedroom and two bathrooms.

On the first floor there are a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a second twin bedroom.

The villa is provided with swimming pool, barbecue equipment, air conditioning, working fireplace, Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher and private car parking place.
Some cot beds are supplied upon request.

Supermarket, cafes, banks, restaurants, chemist`s, shops and services of any kind are in San Donato in Poggio, 2 kilometres from the villa.
A riding stable is 2 kilometres from the estate.
