The farmhouse (10+4 sleeping accommodations) stands on the north-eastern Tuscan hills, right at the intersection of three important valleys: Mugello, Valdisieve and Casentino. Close to the property stretches the Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi (National Park of Casentino Forests), whereas Florence historical centre is just 35 kilometres away. Many other important cities and towns of art, history and culture surround the farmhouse: the sanctuary in Chiusi della Verna, where Saint Francis of Assisi received the stigmata, Camaldoli hermitage, the castle of Poppi, some Medicean castles and ancient churches.

Shopping fans cannot pass up the chance of visiting the discount outlet just a few kilometres from the property.

Guests can also hike, horse-ride and mountain bike along the numerous pathways curling around the farmhouse.

Built on the ruins of an ancient medieval tower, the farmhouse is divided into three apartments furnished in rustic style and provided with terracotta-tiled floors and wood-beamed ceilings. One of the apartments is accessible to disabled people.

Around the building stretches a garden with a swimming pool furnished with tables, sunloungers and sunshades. The farmhouse is provided with Wi-Fi Internet connection and TV. Organisation of cooking courses, guided excursions to the Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi and guided visits to the wineries in the Chianti region and to the olive-press. A cook and a maid service are available, as well as a transfer service to/from the most important airports and railway stations and a mountain bike rental service (for all these services additional charges apply).

Guests can also taste the extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables and fruit produced in the farm.

Close to the farmhouse there are a golf club and a riding stable.

The farmhouse (5 double bedrooms, 2 double sofa beds and 4 bathrooms) is divided into three apartments provided with independent entry and private outdoor area, which are not rented separately. In total, the farmhouse composes of: 3 living rooms (two with a double sofa bed each and one with kitchenette), 2 kitchens, 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with shower (one accessible to disabled people).
