Farmhouses

Surrounded by the vineyards used for the production of the famous Chianti Rufina DOCG wine, the farmhouse is located in Valdisieve, in a village called Le Sieci. Florence historical centre is just about 15 kilometres from the farmhouse and is easily reached by train or by car.

In the gorgeous garden rich in olive and fruit trees and lavender plants lies the swimming pool, at guests` disposal all day long. The pool-side is furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers for guests to relax while admiring the wonderful panorama of Valdisieve and Florentine Chianti.

Near the farmhouse are a lake for sport fishing and a riding stable.

The farmhouse is divided into six apartments, foive of which are at guests` disposal. Recently renovated in the typical Tuscan style and furnished with good taste, all of the apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, TV set, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet connection, dishwasher and washing machine. Verandas are furnished with table and chairs for eating al fresco. Each apartment enjoys direct access to the garden.

Some optional services are available upon request and with additional charges: shuttle service for the airports of Florence and Pisa and Santa Maria Novella railway station, museum reservation service, tourist guide service, guided tours to Frescobaldi wineries, organization of wedding ceremonies and business dinners, lunch and dinner catering service and cooking lessons. MammaMia, a restaurant in the centre of Florence, offers some discounts to the guests of the farmhouse.

Apartment FIENILE (sleeps 4+2 - 2 double bedrooms, double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms): the two-storey apartment covers a surface of 90 square metres. The ground floor composes of living room with double sofa bed and dining room with fully equipped on-sight kitchen. On the first floor are two double-bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom. The apartment has also a balcony overlooking the Florentine Chianti hills and furnished with table and sun loungers.

Apartment GIARDINO (sleeps 4+2 – 2 double bedrooms, double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms): the 75-square-metre apartment composes of dining room with fully equipped on-sight kitchen, a twin-bedded room, a double-bedded room with ensuite bathroom and a bathroom with shower.

Apartment LOGGIA (sleeps 6 - 2 double bedrooms, double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms): large 100-square-metre apartment consisting in living room and dining room with fully equipped on-sight kitchen, a room with a double sofa bed, two double-bedded rooms (one with ensuite bathroom) and a bathroom with shower.

Apartment TORRETTA (sleeps 5+2 - 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom, double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms). The two-storey apartment covers a surface of 90 square metre. On the ground floor are a living room with double sofa bed and a dining room with fully equipped on-sight kitchen. The first floor is divided into a bedroom with three single beds, a double-bedded room with ensuite bathroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment features also a tower overlooking the Florentine Chianti hills and a magnificent terrace opening onto a huge vineyard.

Apartment LIMONAIA (sleeps 5+2 - 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom, double sofa bed and 1 bathroom). The 90-square-metre apartment is on the ground floor and composes of living room with fireplace, dining room with on-sight kitchen, small living room with double sofa bed, a single bedroom with super-single bed, a double-bedded room, a twin-bedded room and a bathroom with shower.
