Every morning close to the villa takes place a characteristic street market. In the neighburhood of the villa stretches also the Parco dell`Albereta, a wide green area for wonderful walks under majestic trees. The city centre, Piazza del Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and all major Florentine monuments are within a few-minute bus ride.

A pretty 300-square-meter garden surrounds the building. At guests` disposal: an uncovered car park closed with electric gate for one car about 100 meter from the villa.

The villa (1 triple bedroom, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 3 bathrooms) is divided into two independent apartments.

The apartment on the ground floor (110 sq. mt. - 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom) composes of dining roo, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub. The apartment on the first floor (90 sq. mt. - 1 triple bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 2 bahtrooms) consists in fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed and one single bed, 1 double-bedded room, 1 single room with a three-quarter bed (length 190 cm, width 120 cm) and 2 bathrooms. The apartment features aldo a balcony, Air conditioning in the single and double bedrooms. All the rooms of the apartment, except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, are parqueted.
