Not far from the apartment are also the street markets of Piazza Santo Spirito and Piazza del Carmine. Those who like good food can taste the traditional Florentine and Tuscan dishes in one of the many trattorias in the district.

Situated on the second floor of a 12th-century building with elevator, the apartment features a panoramic balcony giving spectacular views of the roofs of Florence and of the church of Santa Croce. The apartment is provided with all comforts (Internet connection, air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and in the living room, kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, gas cooker and filter coffee maker). The common laundry area in the basement of the building is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.
