Description

The garden and the windows of the villa situated in Montespertoli, a town in the province of Florence, at the border with the Chianti region, overlook the hills of the wonderful Empoli countryside, covered with olive groves and vineyards.
Staying at the villa, guests will have the opportunity to relax in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, but also to visit Florence and its monuments - the Duomo with Brunelleschi`s dome and Giotto`s bell tower, Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, the church of San Lorenzo and the Medici Chapels - as well as the whole Chianti region.
Sporty guests can visit the golf club, the riding stable and the tennis club in proximity to the villa.

The villa is a portion of a farmhouse surrounded by a wide garden furnished with table and chairs for having meals in the open air.
The private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.20-2.20 m) situated about 30 metres from the building is surrounded by a solarium area furnished with sunshades and sun loungers.
The barbecue equipment is at guests` disposal in the garden.


Accommodation

The two-storey house can accommodate 6 guests in 1 quadruple bedroom and 1 double bedroom, and has 1 bathroom and 1 half bathroom.

The ground floor composes of kitchen, living area and a half bathroom.
On the first floor are a storeroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub.
The two bedrooms have a direct access to a large covered balcony overlooking the garden.
