The two apartments are independent and has any kind of comfort: TV, wash machine, stereo. Rosano is the nearest town (2 km) and here are services and shops, and one restaurant. 20 km from the villa there are the golf course of Ugolino. The house is the perfect starting point for excursions in the most important Tuscan cities.

Apartment 1 (accommodation for 2+1 people – 1 bedroom + single sofa bed and 1 bathroom): Apartment in the ground floor with sitting a single sofa bed, a kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower and bath.

Apartment 2 (accommodation for 2+2 people – 1 bedroom + double sofa bed and 1 bathroom): Apartment divided in 2 floors with a sitting/dining room with kitchen and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with a bathroom.
