Farmhouse with swimming pool near Cortona (Tuscany). Apartments with accommodation from 2 to 8 people, swimming pool, garden, barbecue, hydro massage, Sat TV. The Farmhouse is in the middle of the hills of Valdichiana, in the municipality of Montepulciano, between Florence and Rome. Recently restored, the farmhouse dates back to ‘700 and is located in a winery which produces the famous Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. In the garden with panoramic view on the valley there are the swimming pool, the barbecue, outdoor games for babies. Besides, the farmhouse has mountain bikes, ping-pong, heated hydro massage bath, laundry service with fee.

The farmhouse is composed by two independent buildings divided in 9 apartments.

Apartment 1 (accommodation for 2 people – 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom): Apartment in the ground floor with a sitting/dining room with kitchen, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and private little space in the garden.

Apartment 2 (accommodation for 2+2 people – 1 bedroom + double sofa bed and 1 bathroom): Apartment in the ground floor composed by a sitting room with double sofa bed, a kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with hydro massage bath and private space in the garden with table and chairs.

Apartment 3 (accommodation for 4+2 people, 2 bedrooms + double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms): Apartment in the first floor composed by big sitting room with fireplace, kitchen and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with bathroom and shower.

Apartment 4 (accommodation for 4+2 people – 2 bedrooms + 2 single sofa beds and 2 bathrooms): Apartment in the first floor composed by big sitting room with fireplace, 2 single sofa beds and kitchen, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with hydro massage bath and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with bathroom with shower.

Apartment 5 (accommodation for 4+2 people – 2 bedrooms + 2 single sofa beds and 2 bathrooms): Apartment in the ground floor composed by a sitting/dining room with fireplace, 2 single sofa beds and little kitchen, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with hydro massage bath and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with bathroom with shower. The apartment has a little private garden.

Apartment 6 (accommodation for 2+2 people – 1 bedroom + sofa bed and 1 bathroom): Apartment in the ground floor composed by a sitting/dining room with kitchen and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. Little private garden with veranda.

Apartment 7 (accommodation for 6+2 people – 3 bedrooms + sofa bed and 3 bathroom): Apartment in the first floor composed by sitting room with fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower (one with hydro massage bath, too), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment has a private and furnished area in the garden.

Apartment 8 (accommodation for 4+2 people – 2 bedrooms + double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms): Apartment in the ground floor composed by sitting/dining room with fireplace and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with sitting room and bathroom with shower (equipped for disabled people) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Private garden.

Apartment 9 (accommodation for 2 people – 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom): Apartment in the first floor with sitting/dining room with kitchen and fireplace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower. Direct access to the apartment from the private garden.
