The lower floor composes of entrance hall, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with view over the Arno River, a double-bedded room and a bathroom with shower.

The upper floor is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area and is divided into three double-bedded rooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.
