Description

The holiday villa is located in Bagno a Ripoli, a village on the hills south-east of Florence, just five kilometres from the historic centre of the town of the lily. Due to its geographical position, the villa is an excellent departure point for one-day trips at the discovery of Mugello, Valdisieve and the Chianti region, as well as towards important Tuscan cities of art, such as Prato, Pistoia and Siena.

The building is surrounded by a private 1000-square-metre garden furnished with sun loungers. The villa has also a private courtyard with a porch and a paved terrace furnished for having meals al fresco, equipped with a barbecue.


Accommodation

The three-storey building sleeps 9 people in 2 double-bedded rooms, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 triple bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are a large fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a living room with wood-burning stove and a half bathroom.

The first floor composes of two double-bedded rooms (one with ensuite with bathtub and shower), a room with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and a second bathroom.

On the second floor, the mansard is furnished with a double and a single bed.

The villa is equipped with working fireplace, air conditioning, barbecue equipment, Wi-Fi Internet connection, DVD player, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and private car parking place.
Some bicycles are at guests` disposal.

In Bagno a Ripoli (1 kilometre from the holiday villa) are a supermarket, the post office, banks, a chemist`s and shops and services of any kind.
